Bernard is a beer that will decorate your personality. And the more different you are, the more it will suit you. Bernard is just like you. They don't look for others and brew their own beer - without pasteurization, from the purest water, from their own malt and yeast in the middle of the forest-scented Highlands. This creates a harmony of balanced bitterness, delicious fullness and hop aroma.

* Good bitter lager with some US hops. *
Clear golden. Medium, white head. Light citrusy hops, light fruity, light sweet, medium bitter. Medium body. Bitter finish.

Panda at home, thanks to Graham Grumbo, 11/11/2025.
Reddish shades to a copper pour with a frothy off white cap that soon dissipates to the edge.
Nose is plummy notes, straw, herb.
Taste comprises more plums, berry fruits, hedgerow, grass.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close.
Okay AF ... if not particularly beer like.

1/11/2025. Bottle at the ITFC beer share. Bought at Norwich Arts Centre fundraiser following World Beer Awards. Good pour. Very plummy aroma and taste. Quite sweet and jammy. Really nice.

Aromat wyraznie grejfruta dojrzalego, wyraznie pachnie ta nuta, jasne lekko mgliste, piana srednia, w smaku owocowa cierpkosc, goryczka i subtelna slodycz, zero nieprzyjemnych posmakow, zero alko, a pelnia moc grejfruta. Ladny kapsel i etykieta.
