Description
An der Pforte zum Sauerland, im malerischen, immergrünen Hagener Ortsteil Dahl liegt die Vormann Brauerei. Ihre erste nachweisliche Erwähnung findet das traditionsreiche Brauhaus in einer Aufzählung des preußischen Staates zur Ermittlung von Steuergeldern, die aus dem Jahre 1718 stammt!

Eduard Vormann kam 1877 nach Dahl und übernahm den Betrieb, der innerhalb des Dorfes zweimal umzog. Seit 1882 befindet sich die Vormann Brauerei an ihrem heutigen Standort.

Colour: Like Coca-cola, but a bit lighter, no head. Taste is sweet, light sour. Obvious cola, some sulfur late.

Pours amber colour with a white head. Pale malty aroma with a light sweetness. The flavor is malty with a light sweetness and not much of a hop profile

Dark yellow with tan head. Nose of caramel, toffee and sugar. Taste also quite malty and sweet.

Clear pale yellow colour with small white mostly diminishing head. Malty aroma with grainy notes. Sweet bitter flavor.

Süßlicher, weich herber Beginn. Dabei bleibt die Süße bestehen, geht aber in gelungene Karamellnoten über. Geringe Bitterkeit, die vor allem zu Schluss auftritt. Getreidig-malziges, dezent bitteres Finish. 7/9/10/11/11/10
