Description
105 West is your local community Brewery. We were founded in 2015 by local Homebrewer and Army Veteran helicopter Pilot, Eric. Our main goal was to make a variety of great craft beer and serve it in a tap room that builds long term friendships and relations.

Our beer is designed to be among the best. With 2 Great American Beer Festival awards, we think we are doing pretty well.

You'll notice our tap room is a little different. It warm, welcoming, friendly and we prohibit tipping the servers. All of our servers are paid higher wages and many work in multiple areas of the brewery. We wanted to ensure wherever you worked each day your pay was not subject to the whims of a busy night at the bar. We feel we succeeded with the most friendly staff around willing to talk to you about our beer and much much more. If you do happen to leave cash behind, we do take it! We give it to a local non profit of the month to help build a better community.

Huge thanks to my wife for bringing this one home from her trip to the US. Can looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Fine hoppy-fruity aroma. Starts fine hoppy, sweetish-fruity, notes of apricot, peaches. Finish less fruity, a bit more dry. Not bad.

Huge thanks to my wife for bringing this one home from her trip to the US. Can looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Malty fruity aroma, hints of lemon. Starts dry-malty, again some lemon notes. Later also some melon hints. Interesting. Finish well balanced, soft-malty, light fruity touch.

Sample at Trails End. Pours a clear, dark brown, with a small, beige head. The aroma is pumpernickel, cloves, dates, brown sugar, and cherries. Sweet and yeasty, with a hint of bitterness. Medium to heavy body, with a malty, silky feel. This is a surprisingly nice, balanced, aromatic quad. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Sample at Collaboration Fest on 03/25/2017. Hazy orange-amber color with a medium bone white head that recedes steadily to a film. Partial rings of lace. Aroma of citrusy hops, peach and malt. Medium body with flavors of fresh peach, herbal hops and rye malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
