Our beer is designed to be among the best. With 2 Great American Beer Festival awards, we think we are doing pretty well.
You'll notice our tap room is a little different. It warm, welcoming, friendly and we prohibit tipping the servers. All of our servers are paid higher wages and many work in multiple areas of the brewery. We wanted to ensure wherever you worked each day your pay was not subject to the whims of a busy night at the bar. We feel we succeeded with the most friendly staff around willing to talk to you about our beer and much much more. If you do happen to leave cash behind, we do take it! We give it to a local non profit of the month to help build a better community.

Taster at the brewery. Pours black, with a medium, tan head. The nose is toasted coconut, walnut, vanilla, maple syrup, and light pine. Sweet and boozy, with a sharp, bitter finish. Pretty nice.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a clear, dark, red color, with a fair, frothy, beige head. The nose is hay barn, caramel, chalk, and light rye. Dry and malty, with a sticky bitterness. Solid, assertive, and nicely malt forward.

12 oz. can. Pours a clear, orange color, with a small, fizzy, white head. The nose is butterscotch, honeysuckle, pine sap, light rye, and wet grass. Sweet and malty, with a mild, lingering bitterness. Light to medium body, with a creamy, smooth, lightly astringent palate. This is a mellow, pleasant IPA.

Pour is dark bronze with a very small white head. Aroma is some sugar and a little fruit ester. Flavor is a little ester and pepper with an overall watery and thin feel to it. Not much to this one. Kind of doing in the right direction but falls flat.

Canned October 19th 2020.
It pours a 24k gold, clear, great long lasting head of foam.
Ahh, the smell of peanut and hazelnuts permeates my nose buds. Nothing more than that.
Nice flavours of peanuts and hazelnuts, little bit of hop presence, earthy malt.
Lower end of medium body, gentle carbonation.
Good beer.
