Can pour into shaker pint glass. Appearance is cloudy, dark yellow/light brown, without discernible sparkle, with finger-width foamy off-white head with fair retention. Aroma is citrus and fruit, then becomes somewhat musky and herbal. Taste starts citrusy without any fruitiness, then turns very bitter with a musty, herbal quality. Palate is light-to-medium bodied, frothy texture, lively carbonation (almost stinging the tip of the tongue) and arid dry, grapefruit bitter finish. Overall, though there is some citrus and fruit in the early going, this is dominated by bitterness, has a musky/herbal quality that seems somewhat off and is extremely dry. Not my cup of tea.

Pour from growler into nonic pint glass from the brewery. Appearance is lightly hazy light orange-yellow, no sparkle, finger-width white foamy head, with nice lacing. Aroma is tropical fruits and citrus, lightly musky. Taste is citrusy more than fruit, bitter grapefruit. Palate light to medium bodied with smooth, slick texture, average carbonation, dry quite bitter astringent finish. Overall, has the elements of a really nice beer but it doesn't come together. Too bitter.

Fresh 32oz growler shared 9/22/17 by Stacey, thanks!
Borderline soupy, maize-amber-golden, with a small, white head showing moderate-to-low retention.
Grapefruit, lime, mango and light pine all play nicely together and the peach is folded nicely in, as well, and I doubt you'd pick it out blind, thinking it just another hop note. Sparse malting shows light cracker and bread while a touch of resin builds up on the finish, though nothing major. With warming and breathing more soft, succulent, juicy lime-mango emerges.
Juicy up front with papaya, peach, graperfruit, lime and mango notes all prominent. Very dry and even a bit thin through the middle, on account of the very sparse malt. Peach sugar adds back some sweetness and warming exposes more softness. Very juicy, fruity, flavorful DIPA without much resin. Bitterness is ample and there is lots of citrus, but it plays nicely, for the most part. Engaging carbonatino, no flaw or alcohol noted.

Fresh 32oz growler shared 9/22/17.
Bright, fiery, copper-amber-golden with a light haze, having seemingly settled out quite a bit in the fridge. White head atop is small-to-medium-sized and slowly falls to cover.
Mousey/earthy/funky, sort of weird hop notes in the nose perhaps show wet cat or some other undesirable hop notes; though it's not a major note. Unfortunately, behind it, is mostly pine resin, sharp and strong with a lingering boozy finish, as well. Grainy malts do nothing to soften/balance this.
Sharp and bitter in the mouth with high acidity, tons of resin and unripened pineapple-like character. Astringent with rather loose carbonation, to boot. Malt is way to sparse and provides no reprieve from this assault. Lingering strong resin. Almost nothing enjoyable here.

Growler drunk 9/22/17.
Thoroughly hazy, copper-hued golden with a small but firm white head atop.
Another good Mosaic IPA! Wow, that's quite a few recently. Nectarine, papaya, leafy, green, vegetal, fresh fruitiness and moderate juiciness all mix with a light honey-like malt base, balancing easily and showing little/no resin or pine on the finish and low alcohol. No flaws either.
Juicy and lightly bitter with some grapefruit and other various citrus, but predominantly nectarine, mango and fresh, lightly spicy, juicy fruit character. Soft texture, good attenuation and tight carbonation make for a very drinkable DIPA that shows almost no resin and no alcohol on the finish.

Tap at New England Brewing Company, New Haven. Colour is cloudy orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, some pineapple, hops and malts. Pretty basic. Some strange earthy elements in aftertaste so can't give good points
