On tap at Paradiso Dupont. Pours a translucent root beer brown with one ring of white head. Nose of bread crust, malt, some prune, some raisin, malt, a little brown sugar, some lingering tartness. Flavor has dried fruit, some baked apple, a little more candy, wood pulp, herbal, some bad red wine. Acetic finish. A little odd.

Bottle. Aroma is mostly caramel sweet with light fruits. Taste is very finely balanced. Sourness is really light, moderate fruitiness. Neglectable hoppiness. This beer is enjoyablevin its own way. Not world class though.
