Bottle. Pours hazy dark golden with a massive head receding to creamy finger thickness. Aroma is strange indeed, but very nice. There’s sour oak, dried berries, hops and spices, as well as some good whiffs of coriander and apple. Quite full body, with lively carbonation. Flavour has a salty sourness to it and is rather funky really, with balsamic vinegar, yeast, green apples and hay. Very fruity, and highly refreshing.

Bottle shared at THT July thanks to Zer0. Pours hazy amber with a tan head. Aroma of citrus, sweat, light tart fruit. Flavour is light acidic, bitter and salty. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle at the Deanso’s monthly RB tasting, July 2013. Poured a cloudy dark amber with a round white head. The aroma is zesty and a little woody. Quite weak really. Te flavour is medium sour, acidic, rather smooth, a little watery but doesn’t really have much character.
