(bottle) Hazy, dark brown colour with a ruby shine and a mid-sized tanned foamy head. Slightly yeasty, dark and mildly roasted malty aroma with notes of anise, cacao, liquorice and leather, accompanied by subtle fruity hints and a whiff of smoke. Sweet and delicately bitter flavour, medium to full bodied with a calm carbonation. Slightly earthy dark malt-character with liquorice, dark chocolate and a vaguely fruity touch; mildly sweet and roasty bitter finish with a tinge of acidity at the very end, as well as a perfectly muted alcoholic strength. Bottle, Red amber, golden foam. Light flowery, berry aroma with a salt and wood characteristic. Light minerally malt entry, berry, light citrus notes, restrained tartness - apple, salt, wooden in the finish. Medium light dry body, ok chewyness. Light flavored, the Gose characteristics do not jump out at you.

33cl Bottle from De Bierkoning. Clear dark-amber colour, frothy beige head. Aroma of nuts, toast, caramel, tart wheat, coriander. Flavour is dry, watery, tart, nutty, caramel, light spicy, tart/bitter watery finish with some grainy edges. Light-bodied. Not very enjoyable imo.

Draft at fourth Braustelle festival. Hazy golden color, large fluffy white head, solid lacing. Aroma is herbal, floral and bright. Taste is herbal bubblegum. Very nice.
