Bottled. Honeyish golden colour, not much head. Honey, alcohol and hops in aroma. Sweetish metallic honey on flavour with hops kicking in and giving some balance to it. Aftertaste is very weird mix of bitterish hops and sweet honey. Alcohol fits in, but disturbs the whole.

[Bottled] (date in the bottled 19.04.2006). A bit hazy honey golden color, small white head. Honey caramel sweet aroma with grassy hops. Harsh hoppy, honey is their but can’t make this much softer. Alcoholic. not very balanced.

Black with white head. Very smooth, soft and filling. Taste of blue berries. Medium carbonatet. Not very strong taste of anything. The finish is pleasant but not long lasting. All around okay!

(On tap) Dark mahogany with a reddish hue and a beige head. Aroma of roasted malt. Good, full body with quite a high malt sweetness. Hard roasted malt, but nothing really burned here. A light bitterness in the finish. 200506

(Bottle 33 cl) Pours completely black and opaque with a creamy, beige head leaving laces. Aroma of roasted malt and distinct juniper. Medium body with hard roasted malt leaving some bitterness. Interesting concept. 190506

[Draught at Købehavnske Øldage] Dark brown, small head. Evident chocolate aroma. Sweetish with gently rounded mouthfeel. Easy going, yet flavourful with a wealth of chocolate malt. Velvetty finish with low bitterness. Very well balanced and enjoyable stout.

[Draught at Købehavnske Øldage] Almost black, small head. Aroma of licorice, fruitypine needles and juniper berries. Dryish with rounded bold mouthfeel. Sweeter resiny finish. Intriguing aroma, but somehat harsh in the mouth.

[Bottled at Københavnske Øldage] Clear pale brown. Lightly roasty and somewhat ashy. Sweetish with light to medium body and soft mouthfeel. Noters of peat and caramel. Cloudy dark orange beer with a lasting off-white head. Malt, apples, orange and caramel in the aroma. Malt flavour with some hoppy bitterbess following.

Bottle. Creamy lightbrown excellent fully lasting head. Darkbrown colour. Fantastic powerfulæl chocolate aroma, very heavy licorice taste. Long finish. Creamy palate. Wonderfull stout!!!!!!
