Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy amver with a dissipating off-white head. Sweet, caramellish malty nose - bordering buttery. Body is very thin for a Bock, flattish, again buttery and now also tart. Sorry to say, but this is off - I really hope it was a much better beer at some point. BB 30.04.19. 071118

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy opaque golden with a small, lacing white head. Hardly any aroma, slightly fruity perhaps. Medium body, fruity, and then comes an unpleasant, harsh and almost astringent biterness rushing in. Jesus, the kinda beer where the brewer apparently believes he creates an IPA by throwing in a shitload of disgusting bittering hops. Extremely poor craftmanship. 021018

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a murky, opaque nutty brownish with a small, rough, off-white head. Very little aroma, just some sweetish caramel. Rich, malty body, again caramel, a distinct Sorachi Ace spiciness comes by and secures a bit of fun. Not overly hoppy. More like a Sorachi Amber Ale. 021018

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a dense, white head. Nose may have some hibiscus, but it's all drowned in a sea of diacetyl - the nose is sooooo greasy, buttery. Medium body, again some hibiscus notes and then a rather massive tartness hat can only be an infection. Incredibly flawed and disgusting. Embarrassing. 021018

Bottle. Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Long moderate bitter finish. Licorice notes. Creamy palate.
