Keg at the brewery, 10/24/21. Cuckoo for sure. Clear deep red, thin creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of wine, cherry, hints of chocolate. Taste is wine, oak, tannins. chocolate. Thin. The wine completely dominates and the end result just seems... dirty.

12 oz. can purchased at Total Wine in Denton, TX. Pours a very dark brown color with a fizzy tan head and good retention. No lacing. Aroma of cocoa and dark roast. Similar flavor. More roasted malts flavor than chocolate, and a hint of coffee. Thin mouthfeel for the style, but very easy drinking and enjoyable. Low carbonation and low bitterness. Poundable.
