[ As Holbæk Winterstout ].Clear dark red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted. roasted, ash, cigar smoke, smoke. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart fruit - berry, roasted, smoke. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20150828]

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma of tart dark fruit, floral notes and garbage. Flavour is light moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Säuerlicher, wenig malziger Antrunk. Kräutrig, erdig. Durch die anscheinend ungewollte Säuerlichkeit wird im Mittelteil langsam aber sicher das Malz als letztes Aroma verdrängt, unrund. 9/7/6/6/9/6
