Can. Amber with an excessively large white head. Aroma of bread crust, kumquat, mellow pine. A bit more than light bodied. Overcarbonated but not wildly so. Firm bread crust with only a little sweetness. Some earth and kumquat, building piney bitterness. Gutsy and a bit old fashioned but pretty good.
