The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, toffee caramel malt, light floral, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

330ml bottle from the Quezon City brewpub. Poured almost black in colour with a lasting frothy off-white head. The aroma is roasty malt, light caramel. The flavour is moderate sweet and liqourice bitter, with a smooth, rich, roasty, light sweet caramel, light dark chocolate, liqourice bitter palate. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation. A solid and nicely balanced stout.

The flavour is moderate to light sweet, light bitter, with a smooth, grainy, biscuit, light floral, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Tasty, but not a white ale as shown on the label.

The flavour is moderate to light bitter and sweet, with a smooth, malt, dough, biscuit, light grassy citrus, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

The flavour is herbal, light citrus, yeasty, light weedy hops. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. They clearly used saison yeast but the hop character is dominant.
