We believe in sweat equity and doing it yourself. We live for sunny days on the patio. We are independent. We measure success one pint at a time. We give back. We love our neighborhood and city. We independently distribute our beer because that’s how we want to do it. Some of us are from here, some of us aren’t. We believe in the power of beer, people and chasing dreams. We believe that great beer makes the journey.

Clear orange yellow color, small steady white head. Orange, marmalade fruity aroma. Light to medium bodied. Citrusy hoppy with sweetish fruity notes. A bit watery palate, otherwise decent APA.

Draught at brewpub. Pours gold with medium head and lekker white lacing. Some spruce was added as this was the Timbers Tap. Light to medium body, lekker creamy texture and malty flavour with ’n bietjie oatiness. Light pleasing finish.

Draught. Almost completely black with white head. Ringed lacing. Piney aroma. Not much roast in the full bodied flavour, leans to the IPA side rather than the black. Full bodied hop finish. The blackboard said 7,7 per centum, the site says 7.

Draught at brewery. Poured cloudy yellow with a medium white head. Cascading lacing. Faint aroma, citrus, pine and hay. Light bodied, would be good on a hot day. Lekker hop finish without the maiziness some local Kolsches have.

Draught. Pours orange with thick creamy head and much lacing. Aroma is hop, citrus and pine. Not so hoppy in the flavour as one might think. There is a broad malt backbone. Hoppy finish.

Draught. Deep red with medium white head. Fruity aroma, with some spice. Sort of sweet flavour cherry edge. Hop in the finish.

Draught. Pours black with beige head. Much lacing. Slight aroma, due to being slightly too cold. Aroma is malty. Medium to full flavour, malt, chocolate and coffee notes. Coffee finish.

Draught. Poured clear gold with thick white head. No lacing. Sweet malt aroma with a tiny bit of cereal, like rusks. Medium flavour more sweet malt with a honey note. Enough hop to provide an edge.

Much like many other pale ales. Draught cloudy orange with thin white head. Moderate lacing. Medium hop aroma with naartjies and pine. Medium body, more hop, but of course with more malt than an IPA. Light to medium lasting hop finish. Good enough, but not enough to stand out of the pack
