Draft pour at Perihelion. Imperial Maibock!!! Haha, love it. Today is turn ahead the clock night for the Mariners, so naturally we go to a space themed brewery. Amber orange pour. Rich grains. Definitely a sweet side to this brew, and it lingers forever. A slight berry to it? Odd, dirty flavor later. Dish water reminder. This brew wasn't really for me.

Draft pour at Perihelion. A dark brown pour, clean, a thin fizz head. A huge whiskey nose to this. Not boozy, but still a pure whiskey front. Flavor is more gentle than expected. Some dark and red fruit, a lot more tart than I expected this to be. A bit of a dusty grain late reminder. A touch dry. Good amount of barrel treatment. A fun saison here.

Draft pour at Perihelion. A bit of a thin, chocolate brown pour with a fading fizz head. A good aroma of toasty malt and grassy hops. Good roast on this. A good addition to the style, for sure. Smooth roasted coffee background, over a big "green" hoppy constant. Long lasting roasted finish. This is iverall what I look for in a Black IPA.

Draft pour at Perihelion. A dark, reddish brown pour with almost no head. Interesting sour here. Very woody as advertised. Flavor is more boozy than sour. Dark fruit. Black cherry? Some serious funk on the aroma. This was a beyond strange tart ale for me. Can't quite tell if I'm on board with this or not.

Draft pour at Perihelion. A dirty blonde pour, with a thin oily foam head. Veggie like aroma that kinda put me off from the beginning. This Kolsch wasn't really for me. Dusty grains, smooth in body, but rough in flavor. A bit of a soap water reminding taste for me. Not the toughest brew to drink, but not really matching my desired taste here. Add to the retry list.

Draft pour at Perihelion. A darker golden orange pour with a soft haze, and sticky lacing. Grassy hop aroma on this, and from a distance. Moderate bitter hop flavor, a mild juicy orange. Long lasting, lingering orange peel like bitterness. Pretty good IPA.

Draft pour at Perihelion. A bright golden orange pour with high carb, active fizz head. A smooth, cool tripel here with plenty of refreshment. Cool malt front, just barely sweet. Drinks very easy for the potency. Very soft bubblegum note to sit underneath a floral, Belgian yeast constant. It's not the most unique of the bizarre brews offered under this roof, but it's quite tasty.

Draft pour at Hop and Hound. A shiny golden. Pour, a slight tint to it. Some it's he, some rye spice, and grains aroma. Flavor is very gentle on the rye, which I prefer for sure. Orange, rye, Belgian yeast, the slightest tart to it as well. Good flavor, well put together. Enjoyed this.

golden color. Tons of oak, vanilla extract. The flavors are overwhelming. Not balanced

liquid autumn color. Light body, big Rye notes, but not a ton of depth. Ok.
