hazy amber color. Should be called Belgian meets Germany as it has the maltiness of a fest beer but massive Belgian yeast. Big Belgian yeasty finish. A bit dusty. Interesting but not sure what to think

Cloudy dull amber color. Sweetish malt, a bit bready and yeasty, with low bitterness, but also with some fruity esters.
Simple.

Cloudy light amber color. Strong aroma of fresh peppers. The IPA is not well defined, but there is some good pale malt, strong bitterness, some bitter oranges, and mild chili hotness.
Not a bad beer, but kind of messy.

Draft at brewery. How lucky am I to be able to come over to this brewery and rink this anytime now. First got it in the sampler but the ordered a 13oz glass of it as well. The poblano pepper are strong here in aroma and flavor. As expected, no heat from the peppers, which would be nice. BUt I love the strong pepper flavor. The base IPA works fine with it, nothing offputting and not particularly special. I’ll be back for this one.

Draft pour at the brewery, listed as Polaris Belgian Golden. Pours a Belgian golden color with a thin film head. Grainy, Belgian yeast aroma. Tick body, high carb fruit flavor, with banana like character, and grain finish. Banana is a common theme with these guys. Not bad.

Draft at the brewery, listed as Icarus Saison. 6.9% Pours a shiny golden color with no head. Grainy lemon aroma. Flavor is lemon fruit, soft spice, and a Belgian feel. Spice linger. Banana and lemon late flavor. Overall a decent saison.
