Nice!! Lots of barrel richness, some kind of initial spark. Finish is rich and lightly boozy. Good stuff. Woody. Touch of sourness.
Nice stuff. Yuzu and a bit of pepeper but maybe that’s the Yuzu

Nice enough. Low on fizz. Nice fruitiness. Kind of half us half uk feel
Thankfully not much radish in the taste but it’s lingering. Aroma is quite vegetal. Kind of sweet. Not sure, but it wasn’t a disaster.

Not sure the ume goes with the brown chocolate malty type thing. But further down I like it! Bit thin again and maybe too cold. When the ume takes over it’s much nicer

very hazy golden white color. Thin white head. The mouth shows issues, wet cardboard, bruised bananas and cherries . Low hops.. Reminded me of some of the farmhouse ales I had in Lithuania that had issue. Really can’t tell what they are trying to do with the beer but I couldn’t finish it. Homebrew at best. Not up to commercial level standard.
