Sampled at Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg 2015. Bottle. Clear yellow golden color, small white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, lightly a sourish hint that shouldn’t be there I think, lightly hayish. Low body, low carbonation.

Bottle 500ml. @ home on the terrace. [ As 1816 Harmony Bitter ].[ Trade by HenrikSoegaard ]. Clear medium to dark orange amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, grass - dusty grass. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, orange, dusty, grass, nutty notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150627]

Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As 1816 Rauch ].[ Trade by HenrikSoegaard ]. Unclear medium brown amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, smoke, meat, smoked mea, vomit. Flavour is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, smoked, wood, meat, caramel, light vomit, tart wood notes.
