Unclear golden body with champagne type carbonation under a nice, dense white head. Delicate aroma of pale malt, mild wood, juice from grapes and hint of lemon. Taste is smooth and refreshing with sweet pale malt, wood, citric fruit, mild acidic berries and white vine. Medium body and nice, fresh aftertaste. A nice crossover between Saison and white vine.

Tap @So Good in Rome-Italy. Dark golden a bit orangey and clear-bright, medium white foam leaving drafts. Nose: the soft feel of farmhouse brings menthol, pine needles, balsamic. Mouth is a bit sweet leading to a thin (very thin) overall body.

Draught at Baladin Open, Rome. Cloudy, deep gold to light orange colored. AROMA- fermented apple must, medlar. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, slightly bitter, apple must, medlar. Medium to fuller bodied. Tasty. But red grapes?
