Description

Bottle from LDW, Eke. Hazy blond colour, white foam. Medium bitter, some citrussy notes, a bit malty. Not bad, not good either.

Pours clear, bit darker blonde. Medium sized head doesn't stay up long. Scent shows mild maltyness, some raw grainy, wort like scent. Taste is mildly (very midlly ) bitter. heavy grains, but very unfresh. Hollow middle, not muhc flavors beyond the (old?) malts, slight bitterness, and high carbonation. thin bodied. Tastes like sparkling water with a dash of wort. The tripel was manageable, but this one isn't great at all.

Pours mildly unclear blonde. Medium sized white head. Smell is malty, straight up and simple, but appears natural, not chemical. Sweet and bready. Taste is full, relatively. Malty, grainy, tad bitter. Not as estery as a real tripel. Sticky sweetness in the back, but appears natural (malty) rather than a chemical, sugery like sweetness. Medium carbonation.
A very decent NA beer, nothing more, nothing less. I only really wonder how they diversify a tripel VS a Belgian Blond (they have noth in NA) , whilst the biggest difference between those 2 is their alcohol content... Seems a bit of a marketing thing to me, or do they truly believe the tripel = 3 grains story ?

Helder goudgeel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is licht bitter hoppig en licht fruitig met iets van citrus. Komt wat waterig over, da's jammer.

33cl bottle (BBF: 07/02/2021 so quite a lot of hop must be in yet IBU 28) from Beerwulf webshop, this is interesting concept brewery with one low alc. beer. F: medium, white, good retention. C: deep gold, clear. A: malty, citrus, floral, bit orange. T: almost medium body, orange, citrus, bit caramel, dry on the palate, nice harmonic bitterness, medium carbonation, quite rich taste for the style, enjoyed for sure.
