5oz pour in The Brewhouse, San Juan Capistrano on 27th July 2023. Hazy golden pour, white affair on top. Winey, yeasty and hoppy little number, subtle really though, each hop seems to nullify it's partner and the beer struggled to give any distinctive aroma or flavour even though it was full of interesting hop varieties.

medium golden color. Soft carbonation, medium full body. Nice malt character and more malt forward with crisp bitterness. Not a ton of depth but not bad.

16oz can pours a clear bright yellow with a thin soapy white head. Light pale malts and a fresh smooth floral and citrus hop character. Quite nice.

16oz can pours out crisp clean golden topped with a white head. Nose is citrus bread cat notes. Taste is more of the nice citrus hops some cat well balanced malts. Pretty unique

16oz can from Hops & Bottles. Clear golden pour, off-white foamy head sticks around. Fruity aroma, musty, cheese, oranges. Taste is a weird hoppy melange, part tropical, part citrus, part pine. On the dry side, sticky. A flavor in there I can't quite place.

Pour is a chill haze blonde with a super large head. Aroma is mosaic hop berry. Flavor is more fruity berry with very little malt of bitterness. Fits is the pale ale category as this is a bit liter on the palate and not as heavy as most IPA's. Nice hop profile
