[ As Wüllner Braumeister Weizen naturtrüb ].Unclear medium orange yellow color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, weizen yeast, fruity, cardboard notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, weizen yeast, fruity, wheat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150828]

Bottle. Pours clear golden with airy white head. Mild aroma of yeast and paper, with some touches of hops and malt. Sweetish flavour of malt and yeast, complemented by bitter notes of hops and paper. Paperlike and metallic aftertaste with estery hints. Not very inspiring. Rather watery.

Bottle. Pours clear pale golden with very small white head. Clear but mild aroma of yeast and malt, with hoppy notes and hints of herbs. Bitter, hoppy flavour with estery and malty touches. Estery and bitter afteraste. Medium-to-high carbonation. Reasonable but a little watery.

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours very hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma of sweet malt, grassy and weedy notes, cereal and light yeast. Flavour is light to light moderate sweet and light bitter. Above light bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled @ Danish Summer Gathering 2015 Trübes goldenes Bier mit einer ordentlichen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht bananig, phenolisch. Geschmack bananig, phenolisch fruchtig, hefig, einfaches Weizen.

Sampled at 8th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg 2015. Bottle. Hazy yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste wheat, yeast, banana. Typical seized I would say. Drinkable but not quite my thing.
