FLAVOR- neutral, lightly sour, a bit tart, cherry, dark plums, dark grapes, red currant, red wine, touch of floral hops. Medium bodied. Well, surely not so great as vintage 2017.

Bottle 0.33l from our archive, two years aged. Black, opaque. AROMA- dark chocolate, pralines, whiskey, Kofila chocolate bar, sour cherry in chocolate, ash. FLAVOR- neutral, somewhat sourish, moderately bitter, a bit warming, whiskey, pralines, sour cherries, ash. Full bodied. Nice one.

Draught at Pivovarský dům Benedict. Cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- malty, butter, grain, citrusy, juicy, tropical fruit. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly bitter, juicy and buttery again, citrusy, floral. Medium bodied. Probably specific style from Benedict, New England Butter IPA.

Bottle shared at HBF 2023. Poured black in color. Slightly ashy and roasty aroma, chocolate and lots of licorice. Dry and quite tasty really.

Bottle, huge thanks Barba for sharing with us! BB 25-12-2026 is I guess 2022. Hazy, muddy reddish-ochre body, off-white head. Jammy, sweet, funky red grape aroma. Sweet red grape notes, funky, bit yeasty, not that sour. Okay.
