Tastes peppery, berry, earthy, grains, tobacco. Finishes light to medium bitter with notes of peppery, earthy and grainy notes. Decent one

0,2l from tap at Brisket and Friends, Stockholm. I wrote the beer down as "Popular Dream West Coast IPA", but I guess it is this one. Yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells flowery, earthy, herbal, spices. Nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes pines, earthy, citric, mango, oats. Finishes light to medium bitter with notes of pines, mango and oats. Nice one, very good to drink

(Draught at Brisket & Friends, Stockholm, 25 July 2025) Golden amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of apricots, orange peel, papaya and grass. Malty, hoppy taste with crisp-bread, orange peel, apricots, herbs, pine needles, grass, resin and a generous citric/piney bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Rich, hoppy and well made WCIPA. Very nice.

(Draft at Brisket & Friends, Stockholm, 2 May 2025) Golden colour, slightly hazy, with frothy white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, grapefruit, pine needles and bread. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of white bread, citrus, grapefruit, pine needles and a balanced citric/piney bitterness in the finish. Well balanced and refreshing. Nice one.
