(25 cl bottle made especially for the SAS airline. On a plane between Copenhagen and Munich) Clear dark copper to brown color, lasting creamybig tan head. Color doesn’t really say it’s a stout, does it? Chocolate, grainy and sweet scent. Sweet, malty and a touch acidic taste. Roasted malt and chocolate aftertaste that lingers and turns towards coffee beans. Medium mouthfeel with medium high bitterness.

Bottle at KØ07. Weak bready aroma. Hazy dark red/copper colour. Small head. The flavour is nicely bready. Slightly thin finish, but otherwise nicely malty. Smooth rye-like mouthfeel. Nothing spectacular, but it goes down really well.

Medium white head. Hazy yellow body. Mealy citric aroma. Watery acidic taste with citric coriander notes. A bit harsh. No real aftertaste. Boring, not too good. (0.5l draft.)

Biggish brown coarse head. Opaque black body, dark brown at edges. Rubbery papery aroma with malty burnt caramel notes. Papery burnt caramel taste with fruity cinnamon notes and a dry edge. Dry cinnamon aftertaste. It’s OK. (0.7l bottle.)

Draught, 3.5% at KØ07. Hazy orange colour. Small creamy white head. Weak citric aroma. Slightly citric flavour, a little watery, but a good start when hungover. Good citric hop flavour, low bitterness. Thin mouthfeel.
