Draught @ Københavnske Øldage 2007. Pours a hazy yellow color with a longlasting white head. Sweet malty aroma with some floral hints. Sweet malty and slightly hoppy flavor. Malty finish with bitterness in the aftertaste.

Draft. A hazy orange beer with a yellow head. The aroma is sweet and flowery with a light touch of malt. The flavor is sweet malty, with a very light body and a very bitter end. It tastes more like a bitter than a mild, but apparently the brewing proces should yield a mild.

Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Hazy golden, creamy head. Bready and grassy, dryish and light bodied. Refreshing and aromatic, even if it is bordering to becoming thin. Low bitterness.

Draught at Copenhagen Beerfestival. Frothy white fair mostly deminishng head. Yellow colour. Light hoppy fruity aroma. Alittle harsh. Light bitter flavor. Short finish. Watery palate. Not a good beer.

70 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with nice off-white head. Aroma is mainly sweetish malty but aroma hops make their way through. Flavour is sweet malty, almost canesugar like, floral hops going into a dry hoppy finish. Really good companion to the lunchtable.

Bottle, 75cl corked. Golden, a bit hazy body, with a large, diminishing off-white head. Fruity, a bit sour aroma, with hops, spices, some cellar, sweetness and malt. Fruity flavor as well, with hops, sugar and spices. Warming, medium mouthfeel. Besides that, there’s not much evidence of the alcohol. In a way, the beer reminds me of a tripel, but it not as sweet. A bit vinous, but quite nice. (070413)
