Schnapp-Fläschle (...from Ueberlingen or elsewhere, Dank!): Dirty-golden, hazy, small white foamy layer, dryish grassy and toasty nose with a barnyardy touch and citrussy traces; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; slightly lingering grassy and citrussy-bitter finish with some grainy and fruity spots in the aftertaste. Drinkable, surely no glory...

Schnapp-Fläschle (Dank am See!): Hazy, pale golden, quickly collapsing loose white head, dryish herbal-fruity nose, yeast, pale malt and grains underneath; distinctive bitter-sweet flavour, nearly medium bodied and a bit fizzy; lingering bitter-sweet finish, drier and even hoppier in the aftertaste. Help! This one should be a bit softer...

Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one. Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Starts spicy, grasy, dry-bitter background. Light fruity touch. Finish could be a bit more balanced. Okay.
