Odd to find this beer in Tokyo, but it was at a Mexican restaurant/cafe I went to in Harajuku. Light body, little hops, interesting caramelly character, but overall really boring stuff. Probably would rather drink Corona

Bottled at La Nacional, Mexico City. Almost clear nut brown, rich creamy head. Fruity caramelly nose. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Syrupy caramelly malt dominates completely, slight notes of hazelnuts. Getting sticky in a finish with low bitterness.

Bottle. Pours clear reddish amber with a large off-white orangish head that dissipates slowly and leaves nice lacing. Aroma is of roasted malt, grain caramel, a bit of acidic citrus, and grass. Flavor is roasted malt, mildly sweet almost corn syrupy, citrus-acidic, with a mildly bitter grassy dry finish. Interesting brew.

Bottle. Pours yellow with a small fizzy white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is grain, metallic, grass, honey. Flavor is very mild, with grain, grass, a bit of metal, and a mild bitter finish. Extremely unoffensive, almost like an American water lager.
