Clear dark brown beer, big solid creamy beige head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: a bit oxidized, honey, caramel, some chocolate, yeasty, banana, alcohol. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: alcohol, yeasty, pretty roasted, more alcohol, banana, malty, some chocolate, esters, alcohol. Aftertaste: more alcohol burn, soft roast, some chocolate, caramel, yeasty, ok.

Aroma: very malty, grains, sweet impression, ripe pears, a little funky, grassy, some marijuana, sweet impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sourish, malty, grains, yeasty, some citrus, grassy. Aftertaste: yeast, a bit sourish, banana peel, good bitterness, some citrus, more yeast, sweet touch, ok.

Taste: nice acidity up front, very fruity, a bit woody, lots of lactobacillus, green apples. Aftertaste: bitter touch, quite some tannins, more green apples, nice, fruity touch, red currants, good stuff!
