@home poured into footed pilsner glass. Cloudy pale amber colour, huge frothy off-white head, good retention, good lacing. Aroma sweet malt, grain, bread, apple, light citrus. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, grainy, ripe apple. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, sweetbitter aftertaste, cardboard, light spicy notes, bit boorish but good to drink, nice one.

33cl bottle. A clear reddish brown beer with a off white head. Aroma of reddish malt, caramel, pine, nuts. Taste of red malt, caramel, nuts, long bitter finish.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, orangey golden colour with small to average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Rather weak, fruity, minimally grassy and floral, hoppy aroma, hints of apple, yellow stone fruit, a citrusy touch, pale malty background with a husky touch. Taste is sightly bitter, citrusy, fruity hoppy, minimally grassy and floral, diluted hints of apple, grapefruit, husky, pale malty basis. Watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, soft carbonation. Flawless, but a bit anaemic and quite watery - OK.

Poured an orange/amber color with a tan head. Nice looking. Aroma of earth, caramel, wood/citrus/earth.

330ml bottle. Murky, brown-ish, amber colour with small to average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Rather weak, slightly citrusy, fruity, hoppy aroma, hints of orange, lemon, a touch of kumquat, some zesty aspects, yeasty doughy overtones. Taste is slightly citrusy fruity hoppy, minimally yeasty doughy, hints of orange, lemon, lemon tea, a touch of blood orange, mandarine peel. Overall watery, somehow minimally mushy texture, smooth and soft palate, soft to flat carbonation. Quite anaemic, uninviting colour - not really marketable.
