Draft @ Carlyle. Pretty darn good beer. A little thin bodied for my taste, but still pretty good. Loads of baking spices and some banana yeast. I would drink it again.

Another well done beer from Carlyle. Draft. Slightly sweet and yeasty. Lots of light hops in the aftertaste. Pretty darn good.

Draft. Pours black with a light tan head. Pretty weak aroma. Light coffee and burnt malts. Taste is light bitter. Burnt malt and light coffee. Medium bodied with a slightly thicky texture. Soft carbonation and a long finish. Overall, pretty good.

Draft. Pours a clear, light gold with a half finger of off-white head. Aroma of citrus and light fruits with just a hint of caramel. Taste is similar. Light fruits and citrus with a little caramel. Lightly sweet. Overall, pretty good. Not one of the best or most extreme beers Carlyle makes, but a very solid, sessionable brew.

Draft. Pours a dark burnt orange with a half finger of white head. Aroma is mostly caramel with some light hops and whisky flavor. Pretty good. Nothing super but very drinkable.

Draft @ Carlyle. Pours a lightly cloudy dark gold with about a finger of white head. Aroma of vanilla and some light herbal hops. Taste is strongly vanilla with a little cotton candy. Awesome beer. Very light and easy drinking.

Draft at Carlyle. Pours black with about a half finger of dark brown head. Aroma of coffee, dark chocolate and a little burnt malt. Taste is about the same. Lightly bitter and lots of coffee and dark chocolate. This beer is great and I’m happy this one is almost always on tap when I head in there.

Draft @ Carlyle. Pours a cloudy yellow with about a finger of white head. Aroma of banana, clove and wheat. Taste is about the same. Pretty good Hefe. Absolutely a great summer beer.
