Draught at the brewery
Cloudy dull light amber color. Fruity esters, apricot jam, ordinary bitterness, and not much character.
This tastes very much like a less strong version of the Tripel, so I guess it has very similar ingredients but scaled down, and less sweet.
Not too bad, but not much character.

Cloudy amber color. Smells like ass, sorry. Flavor of cereals, moderately sweet, correctly bitter.

Snifter at brewery. Orange color, looks slick. Oh yeah, not just standard American sweet tripel but even sweeter. Oh, and apply. Oh, and I get tea burps. Stick on the cheeks and tongue afterwards. I have a lot of leaway foe American tripels, and this goes past that.

Draft at brewery. Not sure what is Belgo about it. Taste like a decent, light, brown ale. A bit mineral, not malt heavy, can’t feel the almost 60 IBU. A little earthy brown malt aroma. Ends with a little green hop aftertaste.

Draft at brewery. Basically put, it’s a thin stout with cold somewhat cheap coffee. But the combo makes it a sort of chugable beer. If you were playing beer pong with a coffee stout, this would be that stout.

Draft at brewery. A cloudy golden lager. Color is there but how’s it cloudy? Just a bit too much husky and unfermented malted for this beer. It’s clean otherwise with a little lemony hop flavor. It’s got the makin gs of a good lager but needs more time to lager and some cleaner malts.

Draft at brewery. Very dark and hazy golden, looks dirty, barely golden color. Very estry beer, pear esters all over, some banana, the esters are Slick and potent. Not much dough malts to counter the esters. This needs less esters and more other things.

On tap at West Seattle, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma brings out caramel malts, bready notes and a touch of winter spices. Flavour is much the same, with bready malt, toasted caramel and some bizarre spices that sort of ruin this. Not a fan.

On tap at West Seattle, pours a cloudy amber orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out bready malts, some caramel and a touch of resin. Flavour is along the same lines, with bready malts and a touch of dry caramel. Low hop content. Pretty ordinary amber but it works. Decent.

On tap at West Seattle, pours a cloudy orange amber with a small beige head. Aroma is intense on the habanero and mangos, not much else discernible. Flavour is dominated by the spicy habanero peppers, with only minor secondary notes of mango. Spicy as fuck. It's a palate wrecker. Not a fan.
