Huge and long lasting brown head.
Clear dark red brown color.
Excellent aroma of dark chocolate with dark caramell malts.
Well fermented too give a dry fi ish with a velvet smooth chocolate malt taste and well balanced bitterness.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear brown with a ruby hue and a roughish, beige head. Odd dark fruit and soy aroma, not unpleasant just....odd. Medium body, dusty, roasty and even slightly smoky - quite dry. And also the finish is more dry than bitter. Not your typical Dunkel for sure. 251025

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a white head leaving a tiny lacework. Nose is all clean, pale malts. Medium body, rich and lightly sweet malts with enough hops for balance. Solid and uncomplicated, this could be brewed by a macro producer. 060525
