Plastic cup sampler at the winery/brewpub. Green apple is the place for me, farm livin is where I want to be. Two sips and we were done, one of the worst cases of acetaldehyde I have had the joy to experience.

Plastic cup sampler at the winery/brewpub. Basically undrinkable, not the worst I have ever had but one of the worst. Perfect example of diacetyl run a muck. Two small sips and the rest was spilled on the grass of the winery’s front porch.

Sampler at the brewpub, plastic cup. This was the best of the 3 a available beers. The diacetyl actually worked well with the beer. Sweet, light, caramel (of course), a bit of roast, not terribly well lagered.
