When the yeast has settled down my glass, it looks hazy pale yellow with a short white head. Lots of sediment at the bottom of my glass. Aroma of wheat, spices like coriander, citrus and ofcourse yeast. Nice full taste of spicy yeast and sweet lemon. Quite sticky palate.

Very cloudy brown color, medium brown head, very thick flock of yeast at the bottom. Aroma of heavy black malt, some chocolat malt, hop and coffee. Taste starts heavy, but once you get used to the heavy black malt, it softens up and the chocolate comes in, where it finishes more bitter. Palate is full and thick.

Cloudy orange brown color, thick light brownish head. Aroma is fruity of strawberry and banana, grainy, wheat, spicy of some coriander and nutmeg. Taste is bit sweet and spicy, also fruity. Not a typical German Hefeweizen indeed, more of a belgian ale with some German Weizen features. Very drinkable.

Upon opening the 75 cl bottle, the beer gushes out and won’t stop. So beware and be quick with the pouring! Very cloudy brown color, huge off-white head. Aroma is roasted and chocolat malts, dried fruit such as prune and walnut, spices like nutmeg. Taste is very malty (they used 7 different malt ingredients), soft but alcoholic, quite complex. Full palate, slightly alcoholic. Very nice beer by a very nice brewery.
