Notes from October. This trip was tough to the brewery. I finally got a good beer. Pretty ghost head stop black body. Light ash and dry malts aroma. Light earth and soil.in flavor. It is well lagered with a bit of sweet. Maybe in comparison to the other garbage but this was damn good. 848315

Notes from August. Draft at source. Clear brown. Aroma is perfectly strong but doable alcohol character atop an earthy light maybe a bit too clean Scotch Ale. Flavor is less alcohol but more scotch-y. Light toffee sweet with a lightly sweet finish. I've had two BA beer that were very nice from them. 839416

It is easy to to drink yet the mouthfeel and flavor are very present on the palate. Alcohol still there but I can do it. Simple and well done 83846
