Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a roughish, white head. Yeasty nose with a dry fruitiness. Medium body, Belgian yeast notes, fruity with a slight underlying tartness. Quite a fizzy mouthfeel. The finish is dry with no greater bitterness. 161025

Clouded gold with a nice head. Pale malt, phenols, spicy & fruity yeast, hay, grass. Quite dry. Medium ending bitterness. Not bad.

Sights & Swills Summer Holiday Beer#97. ST MALO. From June 2025 at Garden Bier. A strength-evident brew through its full-body, although it's quite a crisp Belgian style at the same time. Light but evident bubble-gum in both aroma and taste. These get a bit deeper as you progress.
