Description
Founded in 2015, Frankendael Brewing has one mission: making craft beer for the new generation of drinkers. Breaking away from the norms in the industry, we focus on making beer with great drinkability, exceptional quality and a flavor twist. The result is a range of easy-to-drink beer that looks, sounds, smells and tastes irresistible.

Our brand takes inspiration from Pop Art and comics. Collaborating with two talented designers, Tom Bogman and Jeroen Canton, we’ve created something truly unique and in tune with our audience. Each label presents an interesting scene or moment of our everyday life and is spiced up with a sprinkle of humor. Funky, sassy, and unignorable.

Bottle @ home. Hazy golden color, small white to off-white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly hops, floral, a hint of citrus. Don’t get any caffeine. Lightly citrus bitter. Average to decent body and carbonation. Meh.

Bottle sample at NHBF’17. Murky yellow colour, white head. Aroma of wheat, wet socks, cardboard, off. Flavour is really off, yeasty, nasty, hint of lemongrass or lime in the finish. Yuck.

At home bottle shared by Maakun, gracias. My glass is hazy yellow with white head. Sweet malts, limepeel, soapy coriander, grassy, bready/doughy yeast, almond spice. Light sweet and bitter. Under medium body, dry and chalky feel. Soft carbonation. Funny stuff. Quite ok.
