Dark orange color, small steady white head. Fruity pineapple-mango nose with American hops. Medium-bodied. Good malty backbone, crisp hoppy taste with long lingering bitterness. Very clean, only light fruityness - quite dry APA. Good thirst quencher.

Slighlty hazy golden color, steady white head. Aroma is smoked ham with fruity notes (lychee, orange). Front is smooth with fruity and malty notes plus excessive smokeyness. Then smoke attenuates and in the finish crisp hoppyness dominates (citrus, pineapple). Aftertaste is bitter and smokey. Weird but decent session beer with light palate.

Hazy orange color, small white head. Citrus, pineapple and wort in the nose. Medium-bodied. Quite crisp carbonation. Sweet citrus fruity and even a bit grainy malty flavor. Good lingering hoppy bitterness in the aftertaste. Refreshing summer drink.

Dark ruby color, small espresso head. Aroma starts with berryish yeastyness then roasted coffee, coffee beans, licorice, touch of tobacco ash. Full-bodied. Front is quite sweet ... caramel .. then very coffeish, ashy and roasted. More coffee in the aftertaste. Also some bitterness (from coffee as well?). Has ageing potential.

(Re-rate, draught at SOPP’10) Poured black. Head was medium sized and light brown. Aroma contained roastedness and coffee. Palate was full bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were roastedness, coffee, mildly sweetness, hint of chocolate and medium bitterness. Aftertaste contained roastedness, alcohol and bitterness. (Old rating, bottle at Pikkulintu: 6-4-5-4-9=2.8, tasted and smelled of stale grease)

The most bitter beer in Finland? And only 4.5 % ABV? This beer is clear deep yellow-amber colored with small white head. Pineapple. citrus, resin, hay and mango in the aroma. Palate is light, par to 4.5%. Some pineapple fruity maltyness in the front, then massive bitterness which just keeps going on. Long bitter aftertaste. But same time this beer is suprisingly drinkable and balanced!

Brewer’s idea was to brew a "pale lager", which is black. This beer has dark brown color, small steady creamy beige head. Light metal and sweet malty notes in the nose. Light malty palate. A bit hayish and cellary/ashy (from dark malts I suppose). Aftertaste has some grassy hoppyness. A bit lame for being BH brew, beer for masses.

New 4.5% unfiltered version of "Mufloni Light Lager". Slightly hazy orange color, small white head, lace. Nose has light fruity and grainy notes and evident Saaz hoppyness. Pale malty with light Saaz hoppyness lingering. A bit too watery finish. Very balanced thirst quencher.
