A dark orange beer, a head is quite small and blond. Aroma has grapefruit, mango, some caramel and pine. Taste has grapefruit, pine, some caramel, bitterness is quite mild. Medium bodied. Feels tired.

Smell of chocolate, vanilla, oak. Black colour, high dark brown head. Aroma of red berries, oak, spices, burnt malt, ash. Wild carbon. Very bitter.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BBE 10/2030, from Alko, 20201225) The beer poured black. Its head was large and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, vanilla, vineousness and wood. Palate was full bodied with quite high carbonation. Flavours were vanilla, burnt malts, liquorice, dark chocolate and bitterness. Aftertaste was woody, burnt and bitter. A decent burnt brew with complex woody notes.

33cl bottle from Alko. Poured almost black in color. Some oak, getting some mint as well. Chocolate/coffee malty roastedness. Somewhow not really fond of this one.

(Bottle, 0.75 l, from Alko, 20201210) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, dark chocolate and ash. Palate was full bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, ash, wood, vanilla, vineousness and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy, burnt and bitter. A surprisingly nice burnt brew with notes of spices and barrel.

Amber-copper colour, small white head. Raisin-mead aroma. Light-bodied, very watery. Some rye bread notes, light sweetness but overall lacks typical sweet Kvass character. As a thirst-quincher ok.
