Frischer, leicht süßlicher Geruch von grasigem Hopfen.Grasig hopfiger Beginn, zuerst verspielt, dann herb und trocken. Dunkler bitterer Mittelteil, grasig, würzig. Noch deutlich trockener werdend, was dem Hopfen aber nicht schadet. Würziger, fast erdiger Hintergrund. Klassisch! 12/13/13/13/10/13

33 cl bottle @ home.Batch #593, BBE 02/2021 Aroma has sweet toffee candy notes, caramel and mild grapefruity tones. Flavour has sweet candy, caramel, toffee, mild resin, some grapefruity hops and tropical fruits. DIPA on the sweet side.

33 cl bottle @ home. Batch #577, BBE 12/2020 Aroma has cereal, some fruity notes and mild minerals. Flavour has cereal-like malt, some fruitiness, peaches and minerals. Clean-ish, could have more fruitiness.

0.3l tap. Cloudy amber, creamy head. A lot of pine and herbal hops, passion fruit, grapefruit, lemon, some pepper bell. Hoppy bitterness. Rather full bodied for the low abv, creamy texture, lively carbonated, dry hoppy bitter finish. Nice and easy straightforward classic IPA with a dominant hop bitterness.

Bottle from Jappp. Many thanks! Dark amber colour, white foam. Aroma of pine, grapefruit, some caramel, tropical fruit. Taste is grapefruit, some sweet hints, nice bitter finish. Good.

Draught @ the brewpub Aroma has resin and tropical fruits. Flavour has menthol, grapefruit, fruity hops and some resin. Good APA. Perhaps hop profile adjustment could help with the menthol notes?

Tap at Bar Havana. Dark amber colour, small white head. Rusty hoppy, light fruity aroma. Light-bodied. Fruity but not juicy. Some earthy hops. Easy. Not neipa. Dissapointing.

Draught @ the brewpub Aroma is malty and sweet with wort, syrupy bread and molasses. Flavour has alcoho, sweet chocolatey malt, syrup and mild menthol notes. Palate is slightly too high on CO2. Sweet but balanced, really good stuff.

Bottled 330ml (from Mufloni Shop)
Orange and a bit hazy, medium-sized off-white head. Sweet overriped tropical fruits, even toffeish. Medium-bodied. Flavour has also lots of overriped fruits, pineapple, mango, some pine and resin hoppyness but clearly much less (bitter) hoppy than eg. CCCCC. West Coast with some East trying to hassle in. I am not totally convinced.
