Draft pour at Beardslee, enjoyed side by side with the pepper version. Always love comparing base beer vs fun stuff added beers. Clean and mostly clear golden pour. Thin fizz head. Very soft aroma of pils grains. Near absent. Flavor is pretty refreshing, so points right away for this pils. Straw like grains, light. Has a cream side to this. It could pass as a cream ale I'm sure, but I say that all the time. Cool, refreshing finish. A good pils overall. I also know what this base pils is capable of, so I dig it.

Draft pour pint at Beardslee. A solid IPA here. Classic, bitter, full of grassy hops. Delicious. Darker orange pour, soft haze. Grassy aroma, though a touch of citrus comes through as well. Late lingering hop bitterness with a slight peach note. Must be some Galaxy in this one. Solid hop profile here. These guys continue to make beers that hot the spot after a long day of work.

Draft pour to a tulip at Beardslee. Golden orange pour. Strange saison here. Bubblegum and minty gum at the same time. Very floral. Moderate spice, but it lingers. A sipper of a saison for me. Not bad, but less my type in the wide style.

Draft pour pint at Beardslee. A dark, cloudy copper brown pour. Plenty of foam head. Aroma is slightly sweet, but full of spice. Floral. Definitely a coriander note. Flavor is plenty of winter reminding spices as well. Some floral character. Licorice. Good hop impression for the style too. Pretty equal in the refreshment and warming departments. Very unique and interesting. I could drink a few of these.

Draft pour pint at Beardslee. First day of Fall, timing seemed right to get this beer. Copper, Amber pour. An infinite cream head and lacing. A spice like malt aroma. Flavor is a sweet and spice malt, some grassy like hop in there. A bit warming. Malty lingering finish. Flavorful Amber, lots of good going for it. Pretty good overall.

Draft pour pint at Beardslee. Thought I missed out on this one, but it's back again. Clean golden orange pour. Quite a bitter IPA here. Very bitter. Grassy like hops. Hop bitter that lasts for what seems like an eternity. Has a refreshing side. Less my style of IPA, but enjoyable either way.

Draft 10 oz pour at Beardslee. Finally got in to try this one. Anniversary has passed, but the beer lives on. A partial nitro tap ? Weird. But kind of awesome. Jet black pour. A ton of barrel impression here. Leaves it almost unrecognizable to the base. So much chocolate, coffee and bourbon. Easy to drink, but this is an ideal sipper for me. Roasted lingering finish. Tons of flavor. Totally on board with this.

Draft 5 oz pour at Beardslee, Bothell. Enjoyed side by side with the bourbon barrel aged version. Reddish orange pour with almost no head. Very soft, sweet malt aroma. Flavor is rich malt, soft spice. Cream body. Lingering sweet caramel malt notes. Not much heat here, and quite easy to drink. Pretty good, but the bourbon barrel did wonders to this beer.

Draft 5 oz pour at Beardslee, Bothell. Tasted side by side with the 2017 Old Growth, regular draft. Bourbon barrel aged version enjoyed on cask. Awesome! Dark ruby orange pour with a thin head. Would never guess this was cask conditioned in a blind. So much bourbon comes through here, but it’s smooth, and hits in all the right spots. Slightly sweet, malty, big bourbon, almost fruit aroma. Rich, flavorful, vanilla bourbon. Has hints of cherry in there. Strong, but no heat from the heavy abv to speak of. It decides to be sweet, over hot. Beyond heavy in flavor, and easily drinkable with all things considered. Absolutely delicious. This is the gem that sits at Beardslee public house. I love it. I hope this will last a while.

Draft pour pint at Beardslee, Bothell. Alright, this pours thicker, darker, and creamier than their stout. A ton of cloud cover foam head. Can’t wait! Hop dominated aroma from a distance. Almost unusual to get an aroma like this, off a beer that looks like this. A true master of disguise. Thick, cream body, with a pine hop, and soft chocolate background. A slight vegetal turn with it. Interesting combination of hops and malt. A very unique beer, but a very fun try. I can get into this one.
