Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. Tracking down on all these new fresh hops is a full time gig. Golden copper pour with a rocky foam head. Mild aroma of citrus fruit and inviting hops. Flavor is refreshing. Juicy hops with a subtle, shy bitterness. Slick, juicy hop finish. I guess mosaic hops are growing on me. Another one that I enjoyed a ton. Solid fresh hop.

Draft imperial pint at Sport Restaurant. Which apparently is Beardslee Seattle edition. Celebrating the Bengals 12th TD. I thought we would get a few against the Browns. Pours a dark amber with no head. Ridiculously sweet yam aroma. Odd in a lot of ways. Plums, and surrendered malt, cinnamon, caramel malt. Pumpkin spice late. Cookie. A sipper pumpkin for sure.

Draft 12 oz pour at Beardslee. Glowing bright red pour with a quick fading fizz head. Tart cherry candy aroma. Highly acidic cherry flavor, with some strawberry too. Mixed fruit constant, with a seemingly watered down tart finish. Not a bad sour. Interesting, but not super well executed in my opinion.

Draft 12 oz pour, and then another at Beardslee.  A fun beer to enjoy while trying to decide which of 4 beer styles to call it.  Refreshing though, and after a long day at work, I’ll drink a ton of this no matter what style it is.  Cloudy golden peach color pour with a disappearing head.  Fruit forward aroma with a secondary plastic grain.  Flavor is a good peach to it.  Seemed artificial at first, but was on true display as this warmed up.  Late straw grain and Belgian yeast combo reminder.  Drinks nice overall.  An appropriate amount of fruit content.   Nice beer.

On tap at Beardslee, pours a hazy pinkish ruby red with a small white head. Aroma brings out a fair amount of acidity, followed by cherries and a touch of sourness. Flavour is quite acidic, with lots of cherry acidic and very subdued actual sourness. Not complex at all, thin on the body and fairly acidic. Not too impressive.

On tap at Beardslee, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out crackery malt, some piney notes and some metallic qualities. Flavour is dry, with piney hops, biscuity malt and a bone dry metallic tinge. Decent enough. Dry finish.

On tap at Beardslee, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast, sweet residual sugars and fruity esters. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of fruity esters, Belgian yeast and residual sweetness. Too estery and sweet. An American saison - what else is to be expected?

On tap at Beardslee, pours a hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out a fair amount of ginger upfront, followed by a touch piney hops. Flavour is very spicy, with loads of fresh ginger and subdued hops that really only come through in terms of astringency. It's okay.
