Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, moderate hoppy, orange, overriped fruit, grain - yeast - dough. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, grain - yeast - dough, overriped fruit, orange, floral. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is lively. 330 ml bottle at home. Clear pale yellow color with white head. Malty aroma, sweet, light grainy, citrusy fruity, floral. Heavy sweet and light bitter taste, more intense honey notes in the taste. Light almost oily body with soft carbonation.

From tap at Thessaloniki Beer Festival. Light hazy amber color with off white head. Malty and light hoppy aroma, bread, grainy, caramel, grass, light citrus. Sweet and bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft to average carbonation.

Bottle from Naxos grocery. Hazy honey dull yellow pour with bubbly puffy head. Aroma is honey and farmy saison with slight grassy bitterness. Taste is a bit medicinal in effect with honey sweetness. Frothy palate isn't bad. All a bit amateurish and musty, lacking clean bite I was hoping for.

Flaske på restaurant Seaside i Kamari (Santorini): lett uklar kobbergylden med flott skum som varer. Fin aroma og god, fyldig smak med furunål, eukalyptus, appelsinmarmelade og lime i en solid maltkropp. Karamellsødme og lang, god ettersmak med fruktig bitterhet. Jeg kom tilbake til denne mer enn én gang, ettersom den passet utmerket til den lekre stifadoen de serverte.

Flaske på restaurant i Kamari, Santorini: lett uklar gylden med flott skum som varer til siste dråpe. Mild aroma med citrusfrukter, gjær og lys malt. Bare greske maltsorter er benyttet iflg etiketten. Frisk og god smak med honning, appelsin, fersken og litt gjær. Balansert. God, halvtørr ettersmak.
