Bouteille (Merci, le professeur!): Clear, golden, small and stable white foamy layer, mild bitter-sweet grainy-fruity nose; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; slightly lingering sweetish-grainy and fruity (lemony) bitter finish. Not the worst IPA, but pretty tame…

Bouteille (Merci au Lac de Constance!): Almost clear, reddish-amber coloured, quite stable pinkish foamy layer, moderate sweet aroma of (artificial) cherries and almonds; robust sweet flavour, very low acidity; full bodied and sticky; a little bitterness shows up in the sticky sweet-sourish ( watch Your teeth!) finish. Yuk! To je ale pěkná brynda…

Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks very simple. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Spicy malty aroma. Starts fine malty, spicy, mild sweetness. Herbal-spicy background. Shy alcohol notes. Finish more balanced. Mild bitterness. Okay.
