Taster at Colorado Plus. Pours a clear, amber color, with no real head. Strong honey aroma, with some caramel, and wheat bread. Syrupy sweet, and not very bitter. Light body, with a creamy, silky mouthfeel. This is a simple and enjoyable beer.

This beer pours a reddish-orange color with a thin white head that diminishes quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lace. Aroma of tart fruit, yeast and malt. Medium body with minimal carbonation and flavors of tart cherry, earthy yeast and doughy malt. The finish is moderately tart with a cherry aftertaste. Decent overall.

On tap in a flight at Urusla. Pours a clear brown, with a ruby hue, and a beige ring. The aroma is dusty, with some dry riesling, black cherries, and toffee. Malty, yet not terribly sweet, with a light funk. Medium body, very dry, crisp, and clean. This is a very odd and fun beer. Good balance, great malt character, and startlingly dry.

Tulip at the brewery - hazy dark amber - rich maltiness in the nose, moderate esters and light cobweb/earth - rich but dry maltiness in the flavor, a bit of metallic character, moderate spiciness, mild earth/soil - finish has a slight huskiness - it’s okay.
