Cloudy, light golden body under a fizzy, white topfoam. Light spices and candy sugar are evident to the nose. Flavour is packed with soft, late fruits on the lemon side. More tangy spices towards the finish. Masked alcohol. Easy going beverage, but still quite mouthfilling. (BBF, Oslo 10.04.2008).

Large, dense brownish foam resting over a hazy, brown gown. Sweet spicy aroma mixed with a touch of liquorice. Rich in taste with details of moderate sweet caramel malts, dry cheese and dark fruits. Yeast and bitter fruits on the swallow. Rather lively carbonation (second (?) best at the Belgian Beer Fair in Oslo, 10.04.2008).

Bottle. Fennel and pine hops aroma - strong. Hazy pale yellow with large fluffy white head. Sweet peach/lemon peel and fennel/licorice flavor. Wow - this beer is something different - has Witbier and Saison characteristics. Spectacular.
