F: very thin white, quick diminishing. C: pale gold, clear. A: malt and grassy hop. T: malt and some grassy and floral hops, hard to describe more, below average lager.

Das Zagorka Retro (Загорка ретро) wirbt damit, dass es nicht pasteurisiert ist und...und was? Naja, das wars, sonst hat man es mit einem relativ normalen Bier zu tun. Verglichen mit vielen Balkan-Industriebieren sehr gut, aber verglichen mit diversen Craft-Bieren auch nichts besonderes. Das Bier hat einen angenehmen Einstieg und Abgang, dazwischen fehlt mir ein bisschen der Geschmack, so dass es sich anfühlt, als wenn er in der Luft baumelt. Aber sehr gut für heiße Sommertage, da es eher leicht ist.

Can shared at the Tropical Croydonia tasting. 01/07/2015. Many thanks to Leighton. Aroma is big Lilt soft drink, tropical fruit punch, tart pithy grapefruit, pineapple, sugar. Pinky orange / grapefruit juice looking pour. Flavour is fine pithy grapefruit, semi-sweet, lemon citrus. Drinks like a soft drink very refrreshing and sessionable. Nice

Ein priitives Lagerbier, welcher gehaltvoller als ein Strandbier und weniger süffig als ein Schüttbier ist. Auf jeden Fall nichts gutes.

Poured from 500mL bottle (thanks to Svet for bringing it back from Bulgaria). Clear pale yellow with white head. Corny grain malt, a little bit of hay, mild bitter finish.

BOTTLE 50CL. Clear yellow, white frothy head. Aroma: hops with notes of pear drops, sugar, glue. The taste is really dry, somewhat flat, CO2 acidity, light bitterness and nice warm herbal hops as a bonus. Drinkable.
