(Draft at Akkurat, Stockholm, 5 Dec 2025) Cloudy golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with tropical fruit, pineapple, mango and orange. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of mango, pineapple, orange, white bread and a mild herbal/tropical bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh, hoppy and juicy. Very nice.

Fruity, tart taste with blueberries, raspberries, black-currant, red wine and oak wood. Low bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tart and slightly woody, with a generous wild berry character. Very nice.

(Keg at Juova, 20260327) The beer poured dark brown and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had toasted malts, smoke and molasses. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were toasted malts, grass, burnt notes, smoke and bitterness. Aftertaste had burnt malts, smoke and bitterness. Good.

Canned 12/2025. Golden colour, small steady white head. Mild aroma of pine and hop oils. Light-bodied. Some pine, resin, touch of citrus in the flavour. Very easy, even watery with decent bitterness in the aftertaste. Sauna beer.
